Every Thanksgiving and Christmas, we collect food donations to make holiday gift baskets for people in need. We fill these baskets with everything a family needs to make a big meal, from rolls to turkeys to side dishes to pies. If you know of someone in need or would like to be part of making baskets this year, we'd love your help!
In the winter we put up a "Mitten Tree" in the building lobby that gets filled with donated hats, gloves, scarves, and mittens that we donate to local elementary schools. Many of these items are handmade with love by our congregation and every donation is a blessing to the kids who receive them. Whether you can knit, crochet, quilt, or even shop, you can make a difference in the life of a student in the neighborhood.
